Sound card with DTS

I am looking for a sound card with either a DTS decoder built in, or that will send the DTS signal to my receiver via digital coax or optical output. I already get Dolby 5.1 output through my ATI All-in-Wonder Radeon, but I want to be able to experience DTS without having to buy a standalone DVD player.

Anyone know if such a product exists? Thanks.
