hi i am a 'newby' to linux. i want to network it with my xp machine to share files and printers. the internet sharing works well with me dialing up from xp and red hat using it well. but i have no idea how to share folders or even printers. please help me

First, give a little more information on your systems. When you say dialing up, do you mean that you have internet sharing through your network cards or are you using dial-up through modems?
