Backing up CD track listings from Media Player

I used to use the CD Player for any audio CD's I played on my PC.

However the automatic download of CD tracks doesn't seem to work now - I have this feeling they are moving the whole show over to Media Player which does seem to work.

With the CD Player I could simply backup my database of CD's.

A simple database file could be copied - no worries.

Does anybody know how I would go about making backup's of CD information from Media Player?

The Media Library is held in the following database:

 

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Media Index\wmplibrary_v_0_12.db

 

Just make a copy of that file.
