For Moo2 with win2k :

If you have problems running Moo2, like you mouse freeze, it's probably because you don't have the lastest drivers of your video card. For my part, I have a GeForce (Nvidia chipset) and my mouse freeze with the version .650.

Try to find on Google "detonator 4" and you will probably find a new beta driver .1210, it work like a charm, and Moo2 run well.

If you wanna play moo2 install w2k sp2. it has nothing to do with video or mouse drivers. It works perfectly fine and fast under sp2

And if the mouse freezes, just press the ESC key.

Yes but SP2 it does not...
That was the main point of SP2 apart from 2 pages long security patches "THE LEGACY SUPPORT" OR AS MUCH OF IT AS YOU CAN GET
