Dear group:

I used to backup my digital photographs by simply copying them onto a CD-RW using the DirectCD 3.01. Now I have more images though I wanted to come up with a more automatic way of doing this.

I tried to set up a backup job in Windows 200 Backup (as provided with Win2K) and when I try to tell it to create the backup on drive I, which is my CD writer, it says "I:\ is not a valid drive or you do not have permission".

I am an Administrator. I can also access the drive, copy/delete files, everything from Explorer. I have had to resort to having the backup created on my hard drive and then copy it across.

Any thoughts?
