cant remember when IIS 2 failed. I use win2k pro sp2.
when i did a http://127.0.0.1

nothing happened.

so i went to check Personal Web Manager. the service found NOT STARTED. i clicked on the START button and it told me this error:

"error at Metabase blah blah( cant remember exactly)
error=3"

what does this mean? i cant test my ASP scripts on my IIS now. need your kind help

IIS on my machine wouldn't start the other day. So I uninstalled and then reinstalled (no reboots :D) and it worked fine.
