Hi,
Most of us know that when pressing Alt+Tab, windows would minimize the program your are currently using and show the desktop. But my case is not so. When I upgraded my computer to Win2k from Win98SE, when ever I press Alt+Tab, it just restarts. This didnt happen when I had Win98SE. Any suggestions to a solution would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you and may god bless your heart..=)
Mike

No, ALT+TAB just switches you between different Windows you have open.
I've never known it to minimise a window and display the desktop.
This is a fall-over from WIndows 3.
If pressing ALT+TAB is crashing you're PC you have a nasty little issue.
First thing to check - video drivers, very important and can drag an otherwise perfectly running computer to it's knees.
Next, much over-looked, mouse drivers.
Might sound crazy, what with this being a keyboard press problem but mouse drivers can cause a whole host of issues.

It depends what type of mouse and keyboard hardware, Logitech, microsoft, or other is used. For example Microsoft Natural Keyboard Pro drivers on Windows 2000 work only in USB mode and not PS/2.
