When I go to shutdown in the start menu and hit restart, I can hear the hard drive park itself and the screen goes blank. I have to manually hit the reset for reboot (since I can't do from Windows 2000). It was working for awhile but I was tweaking the system and I can't figure out how to fix it. I don't see APM anywhere in device manager. I looked in Power Options and it doesn't seem to be much there..

Voodoo 5
Asus A7V
Windows with Service Back 2
Sblive Value


I know it is not a major deal but I would like to get the problem fixed...
