shared irqs in w2k how can i seperate them?

hi w2k insists on these items all shareing irq7, hpt370 udma100 raid controler,soundblasterlive,nvidia geforce gts,intel pro100 network card,and both via usb channels,acpi is on within the bios and sb/live is in pci slot6 ,on abitkt7raid,network card is pci#4
frown ,the machine seems to run okay at the moment,it was not so ,until i diabled both com ports to give some more irq space then when i checked the irq situationof all shareing irq7 occurred though i change the setting re the com ports back inthe bios it did no good,all i can say right now is arghhhmad any advis e appreciated

Don't worry about it 2k shares IRQs and does all the IRQ handling by ACPI. If you don't want shared IRQs change from ACPI enabled PC to Standard PC this will fix it but you will lost all ACPI features.

I had major issues that required a reinstall frown when I messed with ACPI. If everything runs fine, LEAVE IT ALONE!! It is more trouble in the end, at least in my experience it is. Ive screwed up my system everytime Ive messed with ACPI.
Win2k ignores the BIOS IRQ settings, so you can change them all you want to no effect whatsoever.
