ANybody know any good HD benchmark software?

As the title says, anybody know of any good benchmarking software for HD's under Win2k.

For some unknown reason Sandra just hangs as soon as I run it, well I get the splash screen for Sandra 2001 SE and that's it, doesn't go any further, forces me to do a hard re-boot of my system.

I almost get the impession Sandra has an issue with RAID 0+1, as it worked fine under my old RAID 0 array.

Anyway, I just want to make sure everything is working as should be, so can anybody point me in the direction of a good download?
