Why is my system reserve and recovery partitions so large, and how do I reduce their size and allocate them to my C Drive?

not sure how large with your system reserve partition, but usually it won't be too large. As for the recovery partition, it won’t consumes much space on your hard drive neither, if you really want to get rid of recovery partition, backup essential files before deleting. If your OS is windows 7, you can try to follow the Extend System Partition in Windows 7 to Unallocated Space tutorial to solve extend your C drive.

Hardware reserved memory is reserved for the use by the BIOS and some drivers for other peripherals.

I would suggest you to run Memory Diagnostic Tool and check if it helps.

a) Press“Windows Logo” and “W” keys on the keyboard to open the “Settings” search bar.

B) Type “Diagnose your computer’s memory problem” in the search bar and press “Enter” key on the keyboard.

c) Follow the on-screen instructions to run it.
