the Intel Skylake graphics on Windows versus the latest open source

drivers on Ubuntu 16.04. After sharing a series of results, he writes:

"While the open-source Intel driver stack is getting faster in some of

the tests with Linux 4.7 and Mesa 12.1-dev, the Linux numbers across

the board for GpuTest were noticeably slower compared to Windows 10

Pro x64 with the latest Intel proprietary driver."
