Beta 2 and Soyo 6BA+ 100

Anyone out there managed to get this installed on a system with a Soyo 6BA+ 100 MB? I get BSOD when the setup GUI try's to load then the box reboots to fast to see what the BSOD message is. :p. Any bios setting thoughts would be appreciate, tried two different vid cards (G MX and Voodoo 3). Also I striped everything else out of the box except mem, cpu and hard drive.
