Win98 Shut Down - Auto Power Off

Is there a way to disable the auto-power off when shutting down Win98?

ummm...I don't know why you wouldn't want that...I thought the defintion of Shut Down meant to shut off the computer yet you only want it to remain at the stupid shut down screen...you probably have to turn something off in your BIOS for power management..
