Explore2fs is a Windows program, which allows read support for Linux filesystems (Second Extended File System or ext2), and works under NT4, Win95, Win98, WinME, Win2000, and WinXP. Write support is still included, but is not recommended for use.

According to the Freshmeat project page.

Why not just move the files in RedHat? Or is your windows system on the NTFS filesystem?

I notice most of those are accessing an ext2 file system from Windows 95/98. I wonder if they also works with ext3 and ReiserFS?
