Script for keys?

Hello -

One of the users of my Win2K Pro machine has the habit of leaving the caps-lock key on when they log out. This caused problems for others who forgetfully type their whole name and password in the wrong case! Is there a way to add a script which switches the caps lock key off either for the user in question or all users?
