For some reason I can't have Adobe PhotoShop and anything else open or it just stops it from working and if im on IRC I get constant buffer overflows and it stops Mp3s in WinAMP.
I need to be able to use Photoshop and still do other things at the same time.
I have 128meg/PC133 SDRAM and the pagefile is set to 190/300.
All drivers are current and latest bios is installed.
Specs are:
Duron 700
Asus A7V
15GB Samsung SpinPoint HDD
Creative GF2 GTS
Windows 2000 Professional 2195 + SP1

hope someone can help me, this is terribly anoying.
Thanks -acid.

not much help but i do remember hearing that photoshop and win2k dont get along. You said you have the latest patches for both Win2k (including app compat updates) and photoshop? I would look around the adobe site some and see what i cant dig up there either.
