How to place the pagefile at the beginning of the drive c: ?

Hi !
In win 98 , i was using norton utilities for that.
But i'm new in 2k , and how i can put my pagefile at the beginning of my drive c: like in win98 ?
I have a 384/384 pagefile , but well , it seem's stock right in the middle of my c: drive , and i'm sure it slow me a little.
I tried diskeeper , but he doesn't move it.
Someone can help me out on this one ?
