Automatic window maximization:

Win2k automaticaly maximizes (most of the time) any program that has done something (Ex: explorer loading a new page, . . .) How the heck to i turn this off!
It's very annoying at times

any help is appreciated

Hit Windows key and the M key at the same and all open screens minimize.
