I have a wierd thing happening in win2k pro. I have the "Scroll the Program Menu" turned off in the advanced options....but it still does scroll them. The thing is, its only showing the files(or programs) i most frequently use. How do i make it so all of the menu is shown at all times?

That 'Scroll..." has nothing to do with what you explain.

Right click on your taskbar > Properties > Uncheck 'Use Personalized Menus'.
