Problem with icons (not displayed with the max. colordepth)

Hello,

my icons are not displayed with the maximum colordepth although i have not
changed anything in Windows 2000.
It does not work either to turn off the checkbox in the display
configuration box and turn it on again, the icons stay in a lower
resolution.

Does anyone have a hint for my problem?
