i used the feature of tweak ui, to prevent applications from stealing focus.
now i cannot disable it. the only thing i can change is the number of times the icon flashes in the taskbar but it is very annoying to click every window about ten times before they open again.

anybody knows the registry entry to manually get rid of the problem, thx
