Name of the Win2K Start-up screen?

Does anyone know what the file name for the win2k startup screens is? I searched all through the system and havent found anything yet, I'd like ti change it if I could, the default screen is ugly smile

\WINNT="Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional" /fastdetect /noguiboot in boot.ini will remove it entirely
i think the files are winnt.bmp and winnt256.bmp

while we're on this subject, what is the name of, and where can i get the Microsoft font that they use? (NOT MS Sans Serif!!)
