agp 2x vs. 4x

i have a asus p2bf and its agp 2x and i wondering if i were to upgrade my mobo with one that has 4x would i see a fps increase and would it be worth it money wise i have a tnt2 ultra any input would be helpful

Yup That rigth No diff but with 8x AGP if & win it come out then you should see BIG diff
but you will need Video card that support 8x AGP.

I hate hearing about this whole marketing ploy about AGP 4x being so much faster that 2x. I could care less, yea maybe when there's an 8x, but I wouldn't even think about wasting my $$ on a 4x compat. mobo.
