...after reinstall.

I had this problem a few years ago with Win9X, but I can't remember what key to edit in the registry.

Someone please remind me...

Found it !

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings]
"MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server"=dword:00000019
"MaxConnectionsPerServer"=dword:00000019

Anyway, I have been using Win2k since beta3 with many different configurations/installations and never had this problem before... hmmmm
