Hey all, mildly annoying issue here, about 2 weeks ago, when I went to restart my win2k pro machine, I noticed it gets all the way past the saving settings part, then it acts like its gonna restart, and just hard locks, to where I have to manually shut it off and turn it on. I can use the shutdown option though, and everything shuts down fine with that. This just started a couple weeks ago, only thing Ive done is added the Nvidia 5.32 drivers for my vid card, any suggestions?

It's usually down to the Power management settings on you motherboard

Have a play around wit the apm settings

That should cure it
