This is my only problem with Win2k at the time:

After i have logged in to windows, and it loads the shell and everything, it loads the startmenu and all the icons and toolbars fast as hell, but then it waits about 30 seconds before loading my tray programs (i.e. GetRight, WinampA and such). How do i fix this ?

I used to have that problem and i traced it to the audiohq.exe from Liveware 2000. Do you have that? if so, maybe consider uninstalling liveware until the next release. Either that, or just leave it on all the time.....

What is the first app that loads in your sys tray when it evemtually loads? Remember that most times it is starting the program in the background so it may take a little while. Also, if is a program you rarley use turn off start in systems tray, that way you free up memory resources as it will be one less app running in the background.
