While not an AMD user, I saw this post on agn3d.com that I think may help out some of the peeps on this board.

It seems to state that the wrong AGP-to-CPU bridge driver is being used and there is some way to fix it. This link goes to a brief synopsis of an article on tomshardware.com. Hope this helps.
