Win2000 problem with proxy erver

i have a PC with win2000 pro with a proxy software running (sambar).
the tcp/ip protocoll is when the server is online for a few hours completly crashed.
win2k doesn't now any IP adresses in the lan anymore.
after rebooting it works again for a few hours.....
