I have a WAN that runs on a dedicated 56K line. Since I'm going to frame, I had a company hook up a smart jack and I installed a new CSU. Router to Router on the 56K line I get pings of 30ms. Through the frame connection, router to router I get 130ms. I was told by the provider that a fatter pipe will cause higher pings. I find this difficult to believe. True?

How the hell does a fatter pipe cuase higher pings? The opposite should be true. I thinks you're getting screwed.
