I recently installed Windows 2000 Pro on my friends computer. I went to make a dial-up account and i got all the way through the process of typing in phone numbers and crap..but then at the very end it says the name i wnat to type in is invalid..complaining about it must contain at least once character not starting with a period or space.....i can even chose the default name..and it still says invalid name?? Does anyone have a clue??

Also my friends modem is a PCT789T PC-TEL says it is supported by windows 2000..buti cannot get it to work..

thanks
