network neighborhood

i have a problem, i'm connected to domain1 and nothings changed or added but today i can't see domain2's machines in network neighborhood, i can manual access to them but can't get a list of mchines on domain2 , every machine on domain1 is doing the same thing anyone know what hte problem could be and is there a quickfix without rebooting machine ?
