Internet sharing on NT 4

My NT 4 workstation has a dsl connection and I would like to network my wife's Win 98 laptop to it. I have an additional nic card and she has a pcmcia card and i have a crossover cable connecting the two. How would I set up my computer so she can surf the internet without having to buy additional software like Wingate?
