  1. Divx Player 2.1 did improve my Divx playback once you enabled the ATi Hardware acceleration. Now all I need now is for media player to update there software? Thank you
  2. It occurs whenever I play a video clip that has had the video compressed. Which is basically all of them except DVDs. Media player, divx player, bsplayer the picture always comes out the same. My old ti4600 was much sharper. I ended up going into media player video performance settings and disabling all the video acceleration and legacy settings. This improved the picture a bit, but its still not as good as my old 4600. I dont know if you get the same picture in another OS. I'm running WinXP Pro, all updates + patches, Cat v3.2, Directx 9a,VIA 4.46. I'm see what happens with this new player?
  3. Does any one out there get Fluzzy/Pixely compressed video playback with their 9800 Pro. I do and its starting to annoy me. I'm using the latest drivers and bios and am at a lost to whats causeing it. Can anyone help me out. Thanks. AT7-Max2 VisionTek 9800 Pro Audigy Intel Pro 100 NIC
  4. How do yo enable fast writes with a Leadtek Gforce 3 Ti500 in WinXP Pro. I've enabled it in bios, but in windows it is disabled? How do I enable? Abit KG7-Raid Win XP Pro Service Pack 4.37 AMD Driver pack 1.3 Detonator 23.11 Any help would be most appreciated.
  5. I had the odd problem with Red Alert 2 but lost it a while ago after a few hard drive formats. Am still trying to find somebody with it so I can install it again. Which really pisses me off because I really liked it. But hey, **** happens. Especially to my computer.
  6. I've managed to get rid of the reboots, but I still get the ocassional lock up in 3D games, especially delta force land warrior. I'm using VIA 4.31 drivers and Detonator v12.41 with microsofts service pack 2. Its better than it was anyway.

Can I reflash the firmware on the drive from 1.5 to 1.4. Are you able to go backwards?

    Windows2000 DVD driver required badly.

This is the bloody error I get. Error Code: 8090000D Copy protection key exchange failure - Key not established. Its really starting to piss me off.
  9. I have a 400W power supply so I dont think thats the cause. I used to have a Gforce2 MX and that gave me no problems. I'll try the 10.? drivers. Cheers.

    Windows2000 DVD driver required badly.

I've got Power DVD v3.0 + Gforce2 Ultra and it still brings up an error in most discs.
  11. Has anybody out there got a dvd driver which would work for a asus e608 in windows2000. The windows2000 one on the disc is complete ****. It will only play 3 of my 10 zone 4 discs. Thanks.
  12. Can anybody out there help me out, I've got a Windows 2000 Abit KA7-100 Leadtek Gforce2 Ultra All critical updates. Latest VIA 4 in 1s Detonator driver version 12.4 have tried manufacturers drivers and offical reference drivers. Same result. Have been having a bastard of a time trying to stop my computer from spontaneously rebooting every now and then. It says it has caused an error in ntosrknt.exe or something like that. Which I think has got something to do with power management. Any suggestions for a cure would be most appreciated. Thanks.
