I was trying this game under Win2K but the sound is really really bugged... when a sound occured, it is repeated... not exactly like an echo... it's like u play a wav in repeat mode with media player... does anyone know how to resolve this problem? BTW, i have an aureal A3D card vortex 2.... but this game doesn't support A3D so it's not the problem.. Thx

What do u mean by: "i used APCOMPAT using Win98" ? It's normal that Fifa2k works under Win9x !

This problem is caused by Direct Input and will be repair when the Service Pack1 will be out. If u can't wait, DirectX8 Beta for Win2K fixs also the problem. A guy posted that u can copy the file dinput.dll from DirectX8Beta in your System32 dir. w/out installing Direct X 8 and the sticky keys problem will disappear. U can dl/ dx8 for 2k here: "Link Remove Plaese do not post that here" Hope it will help u Because this game on my PC and w/ DX8 works fine.. After trying to uninstall the GeForce 5.32 drivers and reinstalling them, the demo works.

It works for me but when i want to go back to my monitor, it doesn't work and i have to reboot... Maybe i have to install the ASUS's drivers ? because i have the nvidia's one.

I think i have found how to fix the error DX_blah blah... Maybe D3D drivers for u 3D Card aren't installed or maybe u have to reinstall Windows... This game works fine under Win2K and if u really want to play it and can't repair the problem, the best solution is to reinstall Win2K. BTW, my sound is good ( i don't have a SLive!, so i think it's the problem... I have a Vortex2).

This game does WORK under Win2K... U have just to delete the file ddraw.dll in the directory where u installed the game. Not the file in system32. The only problem I have is the sound in the game is very bad... But the game works...

This demo doesn't work under Win2K even w/ a GeForce 2 GTS. I only work under Win9x. I tested it w/ my dual boot.

This problem is fixed with the 5.30 nvidia drivers...

Because Psygnosis has stopped to sell PC games... They sell now PSX games. So the only way to get it is to find a bundled version (i think in the GeForce2 of Clabs) or to get a warez copy)

...with my GeForce and 5.22 drivers.. it worked before w/ the 5.17 but w/ the 5.22, it bugs... Anyone has a fix for it?

I will tell u how u can change the refresh rate if u give me ur cdkey
