I have just downloaded Skype and pruchased my first videocam. On running a test session with my son we are both receiving badly pixelated video. We are both with the same ISP are running the latest version of Skype and both have a Logitech E3500. I was told by the store I purcheased my E3500 that this could be a problem with my Broadband speed. I have had done a test and my speed is 212kbps. If this is correct how do I increase my Broadband speed. Thanks
