Hi all, There were some related messages from past about this same problem, but could not help me to get a solution. Especially, those who had this problem and solved in some way, I would appreciate their comments. I was trying to set back to factory settings using the recovery cd, it came to a point saying output a:\ghost.err from where I cannot go anywhere. Any advice? Thanks, Seoz
