Initially iam having windows XP and redhat 9 on my system and grub as a bootloader. Now i have reinstalled WindowsXP again therefore i have to reinstall bootloader ie GRUB. Is it Possible to Install LILO as a bootloader now??????? if yes how to do it?????

Hi , I wanna to use LILO,But due problems after installation that is i have selecetd LILO as a boot loader while installation but after installation the boot screen does not shows the os to chose from as iam also having Windows XP,and i have chosen Windows XP as default bootfrom. Thats why i have installed Grub but Now i wanna to change the bootloader from Grub to LILO.IS it Possible?????? if yes How??????? [

In Redhat 9(shrike) is it possible to change bootloader from Grub to LILO if anyone is having more than one os.??????? if yes then how to do it?????

iam having Redhat Linux 9(Shrike) and windows XP.Due to some problems i have installed windows XP again,now since the LILO bootloader has to be installed once agian How shd i install it so that i will be able to have a dual os on my system.

I have insatalled redhat 9(Shrike) its kernel version is 2.4.20-8, and it cannot play .mpeg,.dat files . i have installed XMMS for playing audio files but which software to use for video files. And how to install that.

try to install lilo again from cd

I have installed RedHat Linux 9, using LILO as a bootloader. Iam already having windows XP and i have selected to boot windows XP by default. Now when my computer starts it starts windows XP directly without prompting to select OS to boot. Is there any problem in LILO or some other problem is there. waiting for kind response from you.
